    APA-Mbabane (Swaziland)

Swazi police are offering a US$37,5000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the people who murdered Premier League of Swaziland (PLS) boss Victor Gamedze this month.

National police commissioner Isaac Magagula told journalists in Mbabane on Wednesday that law enforcement agents were searching for one Sicelo Dzodzo Malaza and two unnamed South African nationals in connection with the January 14 murder of one of Swaziland’s top football officials.

So far a local businessman Sipho Shongwe, who is also director of Matsapha United Football Club, has been arrested in connection with the crime where Gamedze was shot in the head while at a fuel station in Ezulwini.

Apart from being PLS boss, the deceased was also vice president of the National Football Association of Swaziland, director of Mbabane Swallows Football Club and also chairman of Swazi Mobile, a telecommunications company.
