The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced that 29 ships are expected to arrive at the port from March 17 to March 31.
According to the daily Shipping Position of the NPA, the ships are expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex laden with petroleum products, food items and other items.
It added that the ships are laden with petrol, ethanol, soya bean meal and bulk urea, general cargo, frozen fish, container, bulk sugar, butane gas, bulk wheat, bulk urea, bull gypsum, base oil and bulk salt.
The report also said that another six ships had arrived the Lagos ports waiting to berth with bulk sugar, base oil and petrol.
It explained that 20 ships are already at the ports discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, container, bulk sugar, frozen fish, bulk gypsum, bulk urea and petrol.
