The Director General of Customs, the now Brigadier General, Ousmane Adam Dicki is 24 years old.
He was at the head of a commando unit specialized in cracking down on fraud when he was appointed Customs DG.
Son of one of President Deby’s sisters, Ousman belongs to the General Directorate of Security Service of State Institutions (DGSSIE), an entity of the Chadian army responsible for protecting the head of state.
