The agreements were respectively signed on Friday by the two countries’ ministers of foreign affairs and those responsible for transport during a ceremony held at Mandvulo Palace where both King Mswati III and visiting Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi were witnesses.
One of the agreement seeks to exempt those who already have vehicle insurance from paying liability insurance when entering either country while the other one aims to allow the two countries to share search and rescue services.
Nyusi, who is on a three-day state visit to eSwatini, is expected to attend a business forum for the two countries on Saturday as well to pay a courtesy call on the Queen Mother.
He would also tour the Sidvokodvo Dairy Farm, Eswatini Meat Industries and Forestry Industry among other engagement.
On Sunday he is expected to meet the Mozambican community living in eSwatini in Manzini.
