With 28 points, Hearts maintained their lead, with just a game to finish the first phase of the competition, thereby qualifying for the semi-finals of the competition, which will determine which teams qualify to represent Ghana in CAF championships next season.

Sharks responded five minutes later when Fekix Addo scored a goal to leave the score line at 2-1, but Fatau Mohammed of Hearts sealed victory for his side in the 63rd minute when he scored with a nice volley that was admired by the supporters who thronged the park to watch their darling team.
