The Black Stars of Ghana have been ranked 60th in the March edition of FIFA global ranking.
Before the latest ranking, Ghana had been placed 59th in the global rankings after the team’s participation in the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
However, the Black Stars maintain the 11th position in the ranking for African countries, while Morocco occupy the 11th place in the world rankings and top the African ranking after its outstanding performance in the 2022 World Cup.
The other top ranked African countries include Senegal 2nd, Tunisia 3rd, Algeria 4th, Egypt 5th, Nigeria 6th, Cameroon 7th and Burkina Faso 8th.
In the global ranking, 2022 World Cup winners, Argentina occupy the first position with France and Brazil placing second and third respectively.
