The Kenyan navy has arrived in the Mozambican capital, Maputo to gather experiences in maritime wars, APA can report Saturday.
The Kenya mission will be in remain for the next four days.
Private daily newspaper, O Pais says the Kenyans, who arrived on board two warships, want their future navy servicemen also to have knowledge of how Mozambicans deal with wars at sea.
In addition to seeking the experience of Mozambique, it is in Kenya’s interest to strengthen friendly relations between the two armies, as well as to share equipment.
Before docking at the Maputo Bay, the Kenyan ships were in Madagascar.
From Mozambique they will head to other ports along the African coast.
