Foreign ministers from both countries met in Cairo to discuss ways to strengthen their relationship.
The ministers emphasized the importance of preserving the bonds of brotherhood between their nations and agreed to step up coordination and consultations at the ministerial level. They also expressed their intention to hold the fourth meeting of the Egyptian-Moroccan mechanism for political and strategic dialogue soon.
To further strengthen their relationship, Egypt and Morocco plan to intensify the exchange of high-level state visits.
In addition to bilateral cooperation, the ministers discussed various issues of common interest at the Arab, continental, and international levels.
This latest meeting follows a series of bilateral cooperation agreements signed between the two countries in November 2023, focusing on transport and road safety.
