Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch announced this commitment at the opening of the Government Council session in Rabat.
In his speech, Akhannouch outlined the government’s key priorities, emphasizing the dual importance of promoting investment and job creation while also consolidating the social state. He stressed the need to create a favorable investment climate to support sustainable economic growth and balance social and economic objectives, in line with King Mohammed VI’s vision.
Akhannouch acknowledged the significant challenges facing the government and urged for accelerated efforts to implement public policies and execute scheduled projects. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the High Royal Directives, particularly regarding the strategic management of water resources.
The government will continue to implement reform initiatives in all sectors to achieve the objectives of its program, as outlined in the 2025 Finance Bill guidance note. By prioritizing job creation and economic growth, the Moroccan government aims to fulfill its responsibilities to the King and the people of Morocco.
