Abdellatif Hammouchi, Morocco’s Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, met with his Turkish counterparts, including the Minister Delegate at the Turkish Ministry of Interior and the Director General of Intelligence. The meetings aimed to assess the current level of cooperation, identify areas for improvement, and address shared security challenges.
Both countries expressed a shared commitment to strengthening their security cooperation mechanisms. This includes exchanging expertise in specialized security areas and working towards a more effective and efficient security system.
Hammouchi also visited the IGEF-24 exhibition, where he explored the latest technological advancements in security and defense. These innovations are designed to improve the effectiveness of security forces in combating new criminal threats.
