Mambas head coach Abel Xavier will field a team of locally-based players against eSwatini’s Sihlangu Semnikati in a tie being used to test some of the domestic options ahead of the AFCON 2019 Group K decider against Guinea Bissau scheduled for March 23.
Mozambique’s foreign-based contingent is expected to join camp on March 18.
Guinea-Bissau and Namibia lead Group K, with eight points each from five matches.
Mozambique is third in the group, with seven points from five matches while Zambia is bottom-placed on four points from a similar number of matches played.
