APA-Rabat (Morocco) – The mon-aligned Movement (NAM) has a total of 120 member states within the United Nations.
The Movement once again expresses its admiration for the commitment of the king of Morocco to the Palestinian cause, as underlined in his recent address to the United Nations General Assembly.
The Permanent Mission of Uganda to the United Nations, in its capacity as chair of the NAM Coordination Bureau, on Wednesday praised the leadership of the Moroccan monarch, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, in defending the rights of Palestinians and preserving the status of Jerusalem.
This additional recognition by the General Assembly reflects international appreciation of the sovereign’s ongoing and significant efforts on behalf of the Palestinians, both in Jerusalem and Gaza and
throughout Palestine.
