PaySika works with Visa to deliver the next innovation in payments.

PaySika, the financial Super App for consumers in Francophone Africa, announces that it is joining Visa’s Fintech Fast Track program.

This collaboration will accelerate PaySika’s integration process in the sub-region.

The Fast Track Fintech program will allow PaySika to benefit from VisaNet’s expertise in ensuring secure and
reliable payments worldwide, capable of processing tens of thousands of transactions per second.

PaySika is developing a 100 percent digital financial solution. The solution allows users to obtain a free Visa bank card from their smartphone without having to go anywhere, to benefit from fluid, intuitive and above all secure interfaces that allow everyone to manage their money and track their transactions in real time, without any monthly subscription or hidden fees.

With PaySika, users can now easily pay for online and offline services without hassle and travel with their card to pay with ease, without hidden costs, in any part of the world.

Visa’s Fast Track Fintech program gives innovative startups like PaySika access to Visa’s growing network of partners and experts who can guide them to get started in the most efficient way possible.

“We believe that everyone should have access to a range of financial services with ease and better management of their money and payments. That’s why we wanted our prepaid bank cards to be free, with a simple app to manage everything independently without going anywhere. We are convinced that this will bring a strong added value to our users and particularly to the new generation, for whom we see a very strong appetite for this kind of services. This is the interest of this partnership that we have just signed, which will allow us to expand
gradually and rapidly in Central Africa (starting with Cameroon) and other regions,” Roger Nengwe, Co-founder and President of PaySika said.

Ismahill Diaby, Managing Director of West and Central Africa at Visa said: “By joining Visa’s Fast Track program, stimulating fintechs, such as PaySika, gain unprecedented access to Visa’s experts, technology and resources.”

“The Fast Track program allows us to provide new resources that high-growth companies need to scale
effectively,” he concluded.
