The Minister of Defence of Botswana, Kagiso Thomas Mmusi on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on his Rwandan counterpart, Maj Gen Albert Murasira in a visit aimed at strenghtening military cooperation between the two countries.
The two delegations also discussed bilateral defence cooperation between Botswana and Rwanda.
In an interview after the meeting, Minister Kagiso Thomas Mmusi said that the aim of his visit is to strengthen mutual defence cooperation between Botswana and Rwanda.
“We are here to discuss our mutual relationship and see how we can strengthen it,” he said.
