APA – Kigali (Rwanda) – Rwanda’s Speaker Donatille Mukabalisa On Monday held talks with the visiting Ugandan parliamentarian delegation on bilateral relations and parliamentary diplomacy as a vital instrument to strengthen dialogue between the two countries.
The group of Ugandan legislators from the Committee on Presidential Affairs in the Parliament of Uganda are in Rwanda for a benchmark visit with the purpose to increase mutual understanding.
Rwanda and Uganda are neighbor countries and full members of the East African Community. Both being landlocked countries, they have always depended on each other for the development of their economic and diplomatic ties and strived to keep good relations for peaceful coexistence.
