Two new faces entered the Rwandan government, of which one came from the inner circle of President Paul Kagame and the creation of a new portfolio in charge of Public investments and Privatization, an official statement issued Saturday said.
In a statement released late on Saturday, Dr Ildephonse Musafili, previously Kagame’s Economic advisor, has been appointed minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources to replace Dr. Jean-Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, who has been appointed new minister of Trade and Industry
Eric Rwigamba, a former senior economist in the ministry of Finance and Economic Planning was picked as Minister of public investments and privatization.
