The value of the SANUSI Currency Index appreciated by 0.25% against the US Dollar over the week, from November 25 to December 2, 2022.
The value of the Ghanaian Cedi, Guinean Franc, CFA Franc, Cape Verdean Escudo, Central African CFA Franc, Botswana Pula, Angolan Kwanza, Ethiopian Birr, Moroccan Dirham, Algerian Dinar and the Egyptian Pound appreciated against the US Dollar over the week.
However, the Sierra Leonean Leone, Gambian Dalasi, South African Rand, Tanzanian Shilling, Liberian Dollar, Nigerian Naira and the Kenyan Shilling depreciated against the US Dollar over the period.
