A delegation of elections observers from eSwatini has arrived in South Africa to monitor elections taking place on May 8.
The team is led by Vice Chairperson of the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) Winnie Magagula.
“We have sent our team to monitor and learn at the same time so that they would return and share experience from the neighbouring country,” said EBC Spokesman Mbonisi Bhembe.
SA’s election is different from eSwatini’s, because it has political parties taking part, while in eSwatini only individuals contest for Parliament positions.
In South Africa over 40 political parties will stand for elections.
