APA-Freetown-(Sierra Leone) The value of the SANUSI Currency Index depreciated by 0.20% against the US Dollar over the week, from June 9-16, 2023.
The value of the Liberian Dollar, Nigerian Naira, Ghanaian Cedi, Angolan Kwanza, Kenyan Shilling, Tanzanian Shilling and the Ethiopian Birr depreciated against the US Dollar over the week.
However, the Sierra Leonean Leone, Guinean Franc, Botswana Pula, Gambian Dalasi, CFA Franc, Cape Verdean Escudo, Central African CFA Franc, South African Rand, Moroccan Dirham, Egyptian Pound and the Algerian Dinar appreciated against the US Dollar over the same period.
