The Vietnamese Thi Hoang Mai Tran is in the economic capital of Cote d’Ivoire to explain the method of the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) to finance projects for the benefit of the population.
The 12th edition of the Market for Arts and Entertainment in Abidjan (MASA) brings together Africa, Europe and Latin America. On the sidelines of this major cultural event, Thi Hoang Mai Tran was received by Bernise N’Guessan.
According to an information note, Mai Tran met with the acting Secretary General of the National Commission of La Francophonie (CNF) last Friday.
It allowed the IOF to present its strategies for funding projects. After which, N’Guessan expressed CNF’s full availability to comply with a participatory approach.
The 12th MASA was officially launched last Saturday by Prime Minister Patrick Achi. It ends this Friday.
