According to an official statement released by the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency in Conakry, the high-level diplomatic mission centers on the core principles of regional unity, peace, and Pan-Africanism.
The Guinean head of state is scheduled to depart Conakry at 3:00 p.m. from Ahmed Sékou Touré International Airport following a formal send-off ceremony. Senior civilian and military leadership—including the President of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, cabinet members, heads of republican institutions, and members of the diplomatic corps—will attend the departure protocol.
