A collision by two boats in the River Congo on Sunday has left at least 30 people dead and many other missing.According to local authorities, the two boats collided in waters off the province of Équateur as one of them was travelling from Ubangi in the northwest to the capital, Kinshasa.The other was from the DR Congolese capital on its way to Lukolela.
