President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed Justice Moses Kazibwe Kawumi as the new Deputy Chief Justice, according to a statement seen by APA on Saturday.
President Museveni has also appointed Agnes Alum as the new Chief Registrar.
The name of the new Deputy Chief Justice has been sent to Parliament pending approval from MPs.
They were Museveni’s first significant acts after his inauguration for a sixth term in office following his re-election late last year.
