In her address, Kaba Niale acknowledged the contributions of key figures such as Franck Garcia, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, and Florizelle Liser, President and CEO of the Corporate Council on Africa.
On the ground, this economic momentum is already translating into massive, tangible investments by leading U.S. firms. The Minister highlighted initiatives by Cybastion in the field of digital transformation.
She also cited Starlink for enhancing internet connectivity and Zipline for innovation in healthcare logistics services. Côte d’Ivoire aims to turn investment intentions into concrete projects.
