Guinean Prime Minister Amadou Oury Bah chaired a high-level monitoring session in Conakry on Monday for Coordination Cluster 4, focusing on human capital and social solidarity, as part of broader state efforts to accelerate the execution of government directives across key social sectors.
Gathering representatives from seven ministerial departments—including national education, higher education, public health, youth, sports, social solidarity, and culture—the inter-ministerial cluster reviewed eight core priority files to align departmental operations with the policy vision of President Mamadi Doumbouya.
To reduce administrative delays between policy formulation and local implementation, the Prime Minister’s Office established strict submission deadlines for affected ministries to update tracking documentation and implement operational adjustments. Emphasizing that government decisions must swiftly translate into tangible public benefits, Prime Minister Bah reaffirmed the state’s commitment to rigorous inter-ministerial oversight. Minister-Secretary-General of the Government Tamba Benoît Kamano commended the completion of the first monitoring cycle across all four government coordination clusters, noting that subsequent review cycles will systematically benchmark progress, address institutional bottlenecks, and enhance overall public service delivery nationwide.
