BMCE Capital has launched “Cap’AI by BK,” a new Open Innovation programme dedicated to artificial intelligence, open to Moroccan and international talent to support its digital transformation and boost the fintech ecosystem.
BMCE Capital, the Investment Banking Division of BMCE Bank Group, a leading financial institution in Morocco, announced the launch of its new Open Innovation programme, “Cap’AI by BK,” dedicated to artificial
intelligence (AI), and open to Moroccan and international startups, students, professionals, and enthusiasts.
The initiative targets profiles with advanced AI skills, working alone or in teams of up to three people, according to the press statement by the group.
This programme is an extension of BMCE Capital’s digital transformation strategy and builds on the previous “Cap’Tech,” “Cap’INov,” and “Cap’Women” programmes.
It marks a milestone in the integration of AI into investment banking and aims to create an ecosystem of collaboration between startups, researchers, technology partners, and industry experts.
With this in mind, “Cap’AI” is structured around three priorities: optimizing decision-making and trading processes, hyper-personalizing the customer experience, and automation to improve operational performance.
By leveraging artificial intelligence in these areas, BMCE Capital aims to stimulate innovation in the financial sector, encourage entrepreneurial spirit, and foster the structured adoption of AI.
