The agreement, signed in Rabat on July 24, 2024, along with draft bill No. 01.25 approving the accord, was submitted to the Government Council by Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate in charge of National Defense Administration, on behalf of Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita.
