Senegal’s Investment Promotion Agency (APIX-SA) took part in an event, which attracted over 6,000 participants in Germany, mainly high-level decision-makers, business leaders, executives and economic stakeholders to assess business opportunities, innovation and international partnerships.
The Senegalese delegation, led by Ibrahima Thiaw, Secretary of State for SMEs, also included Abass Fall, Mayor of Dakar, along with representatives from the Senegalese Embassy in Germany, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, according to APIX-SA via its social media channels.
Through a dynamic and interactive exhibition stand, APIX-SA reaffirmed Senegal’s positioning as a leading investment destination in West Africa, highlighting its strengths in terms of stability, reforms and sector-specific opportunities.
The participation forms part of a broader international economic promotion strategy, notably ahead of the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, a major event expected to enhance the country’s visibility on the global stage.
