Allah Maye Halina who was reappointed as head of the Chadian government by President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno has vowed to deliver.
“I will do everything in my power not to disappoint and not to betray this trust,” the head of government said in a statement sent to APA.
“I am aware of the importance of the responsibility he has given me, because it is a question of managing government action, all issues relating to the development and security of our country,” he added, emphasising the magnitude of his mission.
The PM particularly emphasised his role in coordinating ministerial action and his desire to work “for the well-being of our population” in a context where peace and security remain major issues for the country.
