The Saudi city of Jeddah will host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8 to 11, 2026.
It will bring together over 520 governments, private, and non-profit entities to focus on improving services for pilgrims.
Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, the 6th Hajj Conference will be held under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
The event aims to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims and improve operational and organizational capabilities in preparation for upcoming Hajj seasons.
It will specifically facilitate preparations for the 1448 AH season through the finalisation of
contracts, a review of logistical and operational arrangements, and the presentation of new solutions and initiatives.
Discussions will focus on three main pillars: infrastructure and operational services, the empowerment and integration of sector stakeholders, and sustainable development.
More than 15 dedicated areas and programs are planned for this edition, including the Hajj Conference, the Hajj Council, and – for the first time – the Awareness and Training Forum. The program will also feature workshops, a space dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation, a hackathon, and a business centre.
Specialised zones will also be dedicated to technology, health, media, and aviation. Additionally, a meeting will bring together officials from pilgrim affairs offices across various countries to foster
coordination among stakeholders.
Alongside the conference, an exhibition dedicated to Hajj services will be held, covering an area
of over 67,000 m².
It will bring together institutions and providers of services and solutions from more than 150 countries, spanning sectors such as transportation, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, human resources, and investment.
This sixth edition aims to strengthen partnerships between the public and private sectors and foster the exchange of expertise to meet the growing needs associated with organising the Muslim pilgrimage.
