The Ivorian Ministry of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation is taking the offensive to
accelerate the implementation of the national digital policy, by calling for applications for the strategic recruitment of six experienced professionals.
Newly appointed to head the Department of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Minister Djibril Ouattara is clearly stating his ambitions.
The former CEO of MTN Côte d’Ivoire aims to attract top talent from both the private and public sectors to address the country’s major technological challenges.
Six key positions are open for applications.
The profiles sought, focus on technical architecture, governance, and innovation: three technical advisors specialising in Innovation & AI, Cybersecurity, and Legal Affairs, respectively; and one Chief Information Officer (CIO) to modernise the technological infrastructure.
The ministry also launched a call for applications to recruit a Director of Digital Transformation of the Administration (DTDA) to simplify public services, and a Director of Digital Infrastructure Development and Postal Services (DDINP) to connect the regions.
