Senegal’s Ministry of Justice will convene an inaugural annual dialogue day with civil society organizations focused on human rights advocacy and good governance monitoring on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Dakar.
Formally established under Ministerial Order No. 031180 on October 1, 2026, the initiative creates a permanent consultation framework to facilitate structured engagement between state legal institutions and non-governmental stakeholders.
Through this recurring platform, the ministry aims to enhance institutional transparency, bolster collaborative policymaking, and address fundamental human rights and governance challenges across the nation.
