Morocco is set to host the sixth edition of the Choiseul Africa Business Forum on November 4 and 5, 2025.
The event will gather approximately 800 top economic and institutional decision-makers from Africa, Europe, and the Gulf region to discuss the future of the continent’s economies.
Organized by the Choiseul Institute, the Forum is themed “Made with Africa,” signaling a focus on industrialization, local innovation, and strengthening Africa’s role in global trade. The two-day program will feature strategic panels and working sessions dedicated to identifying new investment opportunities and enhancing the continent’s position in global economic discourse. The agenda includes high-level debates on critical issues such as sovereignty, financing, infrastructure, and innovation. The core objective is to explore new models of cooperation driven by and for local African stakeholders.
The Forum serves as a unique meeting place, bringing together business leaders, public officials, international donors, and representatives from the African and European business communities. It aims to foster synergies and large-scale cooperation across continental and global scales. Key participants already confirmed include Moroccan Minister of Industry and Trade, Senegalese Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Livestock, and Spokesperson and Minister of Communication and Media of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This edition marks the Forum’s debut in the Moroccan capital, following previous successful events held in Nice, Casablanca, and Marrakech. Pascal Lorot, President of Choiseul Africa, stated that hosting the event in Rabat is an “important step forward.” He noted the Forum was “designed to be as close as possible to economic and local issues,” emphasizing industrialization, innovation, and sustainable development.
Choiseul Africa has championed activities on the continent since launching the influential Choiseul 100 Africa initiative in 2014, making the upcoming Forum a central feature of its continued engagement.
