The 18th edition of the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM) is set to take place in Meknes from April 20 to 28, 2026.
This year’s event, held under the high patronage of King Mohammed VI, will focus on the theme “Sustainability of Animal Production and Food Sovereignty.” Portugal has been named the guest of honor for this edition, which has been extended to nine days following the significant success of previous years with both industry professionals and the general public.
According to the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture, the show will be open exclusively to professionals starting April 20, while the general public will be granted access beginning April 22. A major focus of SIAM 2026 will be the advancement of animal sectors, specifically highlighting achievements in animal health and welfare, food safety, and the economic performance of livestock farms. Since its launch, the event has grown into a premier global forum where decision-makers, investors, and local actors gather to discuss the future of the agricultural industry.
The 2026 edition aims to host approximately 1,500 exhibitors from 70 participating countries and will feature over 40 specialized conferences. Organizers are also placing a strong emphasis on digital integration to enhance the visitor experience. This includes the B2BConnect platform, designed to facilitate high-value networking and meeting scheduling for institutions and companies, as well as a new “E-ticket” application to streamline online ticket purchases and entry.
